Agreement Overview: By engaging LuxeKitchens for design or execution, you agree to the terms below. We serve as your design partners, and this document protects both your vision and our craft.
Product & Materials
Natural Variations
We use premium veneers and marble. Grain patterns and textures are nature's signature and may differ from showroom samples. These are marks of authenticity, not defects.
3D Accuracy
Renders are artistic impressions. While we aim for 99% accuracy, actual lighting conditions in your home may slightly alter the perception of color and space.
Quotations & Pricing
Online quotes are estimates. Your final price is locked only after three checkpoints:
- Physical site measurement
- Final material selection
- Hardware confirmation
⚠️ Quotes are valid for 30 days. Taxes (GST) & Logistics are calculated at actuals.
Intellectual Property
All designs, CAD drawings, 3D renders, and layouts produced by LuxeKitchens remain the intellectual property of the Company.
They cannot be used for commercial execution by third-party carpenters without our explicit written consent and payment of a design release fee.
